Refund policy

1. General Policy: No Refunds
Due to the significant costs associated with AI computation (GPU usage) and the immediate nature of digital service delivery, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
This "No Refund" policy applies to:
- Subscription fees (Monthly or Annual).
- One-time credit packs or token purchases.
- Pay-as-you-go usage charges.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
- Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Access: You will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid billing cycle.
- No Proration: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days in a billing cycle.
3. Exceptions
We may considered refunds in the following limited circumstances at our sole discretion:
- Billing Errors: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error on our part.
- Legal Requirement: If your local jurisdiction laws explicitly mandate a "cooling-off" period for digital goods (e.g., certain EU/UK consumer laws), provided you have not yet used the Service to generate content. Once you generate content (consume credits), the right of withdrawal is forfeited.
4. Account Termination
If your account is terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., generating illegal content, sharing account credentials, or engaging in prohibited high-risk uses), you forfeit all remaining credits and subscription time. No refund will be issued.
